Restaurateur Christian Bade has expanded his sphere of activity. In addition to his Giesing allotment garden idyll called Isar Alm, he now also owns the Sendling Servus Bar. The venue, which opened in August 2024, is part of the Stemmerhof, a former farm that now boasts an extensive range of stores, restaurants and a variety of cultural events. The focus at Servus is on wines from Germany, Italy, France and Austria. Bade has personally tasted all the wines in advance and particularly enjoys selecting organic wineries. In winter, there is also mulled wine from winegrowers, which can also be enjoyed by a special fire bowl without smoke. If you want something to start with, you can order spinach dumplings, lentil curry, bœuf bourguignon or a cheese plate from the small kitchen.
