The bar at the City Hilton Hotel in Haidhausen has an interesting concept. All in-house cocktails are divided into the four categories “woody”, “herbal”, “floral” and “fruity”. If you are more of the woody type, you will be happy with the “Maple Walnut Old Fashioned”, for example, which is served spectacularly with maple wood smoke under the bell. The “Thyme Travel” is also served in a visually appealing way – in summer, it is also served in the hidden courtyard.
